DELIVERY TIME AND TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the status of your order. The tracking number can be checked directly with the delivery service you selected at checkout. All of our orders are shipped by Canada Post using the Expedited Parcel method to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
Ground delivery (5 working days). Note that this delay could be longer for remote areas.
Please note that Campik Outdoors Inc. only delivers in Canada. All orders placed online to a delivery address located outside of Canada will be automatically cancelled.
ORDER ERROR OR DEFECT
Your merchandise has been carefully checked and packaged before leaving our warehouse. However, if you have received your order in bad condition or if we have made an error in the preparation of your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the package and our customer service will take care of your request.
