DELIVERY OPTIONS AND TIMING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email including a tracking number and shipping details. We offer multiple delivery options through various carriers such as DHL, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and Purolator etc.
You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout based on pricing and delivery speed that best suit your needs.

Typical ground delivery takes approximately 5 business days, though delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

Please note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery of each item.

We currently deliver only within Canada. Orders placed with a shipping address outside Canada will be automatically canceled.

CAMPIK OUTDOORS INC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees vary depending on the carrier and method selected at checkout.

However, we offer free shipping when a fire pit is purchased together with a grill in the same order.

Additional charges may apply if:

  • Your address is in a remote or hard-to-reach area (e.g., Îles de la Madeleine, Kuujjuaq).

  • The item is considered oversized or heavy, which may incur an extra handling fee per item.

*Free shipping does not apply to oversized items or deliveries to remote areas.


BUSINESS PERIODS

Please note that during peak shopping periods—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc.—processing times for online orders may be slightly delayed.

During these times, please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for handling, in addition to the usual delivery times (excluding weekends and holidays). We appreciate your understanding and patience.
