To make a return, simply contact us through the contact link. Please indicate your order number, the items to be returned and the reason for the return. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request.
ORDER ERROR OR DEFECT
Your merchandise was carefully checked and packaged before leaving our warehouse. However, if you have received your order in bad condition or if we have made an error during the preparation of your order, please contact us via contact within 7 days of receipt of the package and our customer service will take care of your request.
OTHER REASONS
If you are not satisfied with the color, size, or if the product simply does not fit, an amount of $9.99 + taxes will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return. PRODUCT RETURNS
Put the item back in the original packaging and then in a shipping box or bag, and seal it well. If the bag or box is damaged, the product must be wrapped in paper or a shipping bag to protect it before dropping it off at a carrier service counter. It is necessary to include the information provided by customer service in your return package. All products must be returned in their original packaging.
Boxes of shoes or boots must be placed in a bag or box. A fee may be charged, or the return refused, if the customer has damaged the original product packaging.
DROP OFF THE PACKAGE AT THE POST OFFICE
Drop off your package at a Canada Post branch. To find the nearest post office, you can use the Postes Canada website.
RETURN TIMES
It is possible to return items by mail within 30 days of the purchase date. However, in the event of an error on our part during the processing of your order or an item damaged in transit, you have seven (7) days from the receipt of the package to contact us and obtain information related to the return.
RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the Return Policy, as well as the time limits prescribed above. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is properly and securely packaged when it is returned.
TRANSPORT COSTS
A return management fee of $9.99 + taxes will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. However, additional fees may apply for oversized items*. When returned, the item must be in new condition, i.e. undamaged, clean, free of odors, free of pet hair, and with the original tags and packaging.
Initial shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded from the original invoice.
In the event of an error on our part, we will cover the $10 return shipping cost.
REFUNDS
All refund requests will be processed as soon as possible. In the event that a refund is possible, a credit will be issued to the credit card that was used to pay for your order. Please note that refund times of 24 to 48 hours may apply depending on the banking institution.
You have 30 days, following the reception of your package, to contact us.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Underwear, socks and bathing suits, utensils and carabiners.
Final sales and all products with a 60% or more discount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please note that shipping fees and the extra charge for oversized items are not refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to facilitate the management of returns, we do not do exchanges, only returns. If you wish to exchange the items you received, simply make a return and place a new order afterwards. You will be reimbursed for your return once we receive your items.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes are applicable online as a percentage discount on a purchase and/or as a discount on a shopping cart purchase amount depending on the current promotion. Each promotional code can only be used once by a customer.
Please note that promotional codes remain valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount coupon. Other exceptions may apply.
Guarantee
Campik Outdoors Inc. guarantees your purchase for the first year. If a product sold proves to be defective within this period, we offer a repair or a replacement depending on the condition of the defective product and its availability on our site.
This warranty does not cover excessive use, accidental breakage or normal wear and tear.
It is important that the returned product is perfectly clean and washed. Campik Outdoors Inc. reserves the right to return a product at the customer's expense if this condition is not met.
POSTAL RETURNS
Contact our customer service, who will provide you with a return slip that you will affix to your return package.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Some products are covered by extended manufacturer's warranty. These warranties cover manufacturing defects, but not abuse or normal wear and tear.

It is important to note that warranties are only applicable on products purchased on the campik.net web platform. We have no connection with other online businesses offering similar products.
That said, no products purchased on a platform other than campik.net will benefit from our warranty policy.
