The online shopping service makes it easy for you to find and purchase the specific products you need. Our online shopping service accepts credit and debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Interac, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay).

TAXES

The appropriate tax rate will be applied to your order depending on the province where it will be delivered. The prices of the products displayed on the site are the prices before taxes. However, at checkout, you will find the exact amount of tax (if applicable) on a separate line. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

When using your credit card to make your payment, you must provide your credit card billing address (if different from your shipping address) and a daytime and evening contact number. If the billing address does not match the one on file with your financial institution or if the authorization is not received for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.

Due to the confidentiality of your personal information, it is effectively impossible for us to resolve problems with your financial institution. You must resolve any problems that prevent your order from being processed yourself by contacting your financial institution.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

Prices listed are subject to change without notice. Discounts on selected items are valid while supplies last or at the end of the promotional period. No price adjustment can be requested on a previous order, despite the posting of a new promotion following your order.

PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES

We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to notify you of any pricing errors prior to billing. While we want to accommodate your needs as much as possible, we reserve the right to revise an inaccurate price or description and to cancel or refuse an order for items with an inaccurate price or description.

These corrections may be made after the order has been accepted. If you do not agree with any changes due to pricing errors, please notify us and we will cancel your order.

INCOMPLETE ORDER

It is unlikely that available products will not be delivered within the posted time frame when using the online shopping service. If any products are found to be unavailable, you will be notified by email and a credit will be issued to the credit card used to pay for your order.

RESTRICTION OF ONLINE PURCHASES

Please note that it is not possible to receive a deferred coupon for a discount.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

We offer you the possibility to have a customer access on the website. It is still possible to make purchases as a guest. However, we recommend that you open an account if you plan to make further purchases on our website. It is possible to do this for free and it will save you from having to enter all your information each time you visit.
